21.11.2013 | HUGO TRACKS

Last week, HUGO Tracks On Tour kicked off in Amsterdam with a bang! When the doors of Amsterdam's sanctuary for electronic music connaisseurs, Club Trouw, opened at 10pm on Thursday, an impressive line had already formed in front of the former newspaper printing facility - and this line wouldn't really vanish all night...

So when current HUGO Artists Kate Boy got on stage at 11pm, Trouw's main hall was already properly filled and the present party people offered the band a warm welcome. Once again Kate Boy managed to deliver a fantastic show that won the crowd over with its fantastic blend of Kate's voice, the band's powerful music, their strong and distinct stage outfit (from the current HUGO Winter 2013 collection) and their thoroughly designed light show.

Following Kate Boy, last year's HUGO Artist and dear friend Nina Kraviz opened her record bag to play an epic five hour set which put about 1700 dancing guests in a trance. And when Nina left the turntables to Trouw's resident DJ in the morning hours, going home was still not an option for most guests.

The next day, Kate Boy fans and HUGO customers had the chance to enjoy some drinks, receive some goodies, browse the latest HUGO collections and casually chat with Kate Boy at the BOSS Store on Leidsestraat in Amsterdam. This pleasant afternoon was the perfect conclusion to a more than successful first stop of the tour. Check out the pictures of the party and the store event and stay tuned for upcoming dates of HUGO Tracks On Tour featuring Kate Boy!
