CITY SOUNDSPETER LINDBERGH FOR BOSS ORANGE
A Parisian sound studio was where the renowned photographer shot the new Autumn/Winter Collection.
Music is in the air for BOSS Orange: Renowned Peter Lindbergh, master of black-and-white photography, set the scene for the current “Rock Tailoring” Collection by BOSS Orange. The German photographer who lives in Paris has been one of the most sought-after fashion photographers for years, working for the most prestigious magazines worldwide. He has been named Best Photographer at the International Fashion Awards in Paris many times, numerous books and exhibitions document his creative work. His iconic portraits of Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Linda Evangelista in particular are well known across the globe. In recent years, Lindbergh has worked many times for HUGO BOSS.
The focus of the recent BOSS Orange Campaign shooting, featuring the models Andreea Diaconu and Harvey Newton-Haydon, was based on music and the extraordinary, relaxing – but at the same time creative – atmosphere of a sound studio. Unlike other photographers, Lindbergh works with natural postures and without extravagant mise-en-scène. Following three days of work amid electric guitars, amplifiers, microphones and drums, the entire print and video footage for the current campaign was completed. Lindbergh has captured the cool sensuality and intensity of the moment in a series of emotional pictures.
